Last updated: October 14, 2026

Effective date: the date your application is approved.
Operator: Cardinal Peptides Inc. (“Cardinal Peptides”, “we”, “us”).
Website: cardinalpep.com
Governing law: Province of Ontario, Canada.
Product classification: research use only (“RUO”). Not for human or animal consumption.

1. Agreement

These terms are a binding agreement between Cardinal Peptides Inc. and you (the “Affiliate”) and govern your participation in the Cardinal Peptides Affiliate Program (the “Program”). You accept them by ticking the agreement box when you apply or by using a referral link or code we issue to you, whichever happens first.

2. Definitions

  • “Affiliate Channel” means any website, social account, newsletter, podcast or other property you operate and use to promote Cardinal Peptides.
  • “Content” means any post, video, story, livestream, article, email, message or comment you publish that mentions Cardinal Peptides, our products or our brand, or links to our website.
  • “Referral Link” means the unique link (or code) we issue to you through your Affiliate Dashboard.
  • “Qualifying Order” means a referred customer’s first order on cardinalpep.com that is paid in full and is not cancelled, refunded or charged back.
  • “Material Connection” means any commission, payment, product, discount or other benefit you receive from Cardinal Peptides.
  • “Confidential Information” means non-public information we share with you, including commission terms, traffic and sales data, supplier details and unreleased products.
  • “RUO” means research use only: our products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research and are not for human or animal consumption.

3. Eligibility

To take part you must: (a) be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract where you live; (b) operate at least one genuine Affiliate Channel with a real, organic audience; (c) not be an employee or contractor of Cardinal Peptides, or an immediate family member of one; (d) not promote our products in the capacity of a regulated healthcare professional (see section 6.5); and (e) not be subject to any current enforcement action by Health Canada, the Competition Bureau, the U.S. FDA or FTC, or a comparable regulator. We may decline or close any application or account at our discretion.

4. Acceptance, account and term

4.1 You are responsible for the accuracy of the details in your application and dashboard, for keeping your dashboard link private, and for all activity under your account.

4.2 This agreement starts when you accept it and continues until it is ended under section 17. Either party may end it without cause on fourteen (14) days’ written notice. We may end it immediately for cause.

4.3 You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture or franchise relationship. You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions and for any registrations or filings that apply to you.

5. Commission

5.1 Rate. You earn 20% of the order subtotal (before taxes and shipping) of each referred customer’s Qualifying Order. Commission is paid on the customer’s first order only.

5.2 Attribution. A customer is attributed to you when they reach cardinalpep.com through your Referral Link and place their first order within thirty (30) days of their most recent click. The last Referral Link clicked wins. One commission is payable per customer.

5.3 Exclusions. No commission is payable on: your own orders; orders by your household, employees or business; orders that are cancelled, refunded or charged back (a commission already recorded is reversed); orders attributed through coupon or deal aggregators, browser extensions, paid placements we have not approved, or any other unauthorised distribution of your link; and orders that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or manipulated.

5.4 Payment. Commissions show in your Affiliate Dashboard as they are recorded. We review and pay out approved commissions monthly, once the Qualifying Order has been paid and has not been refunded, by Interac e-Transfer or another method we confirm in your approval email. Our dashboard records are the record of what is owed.

5.5 Pricing. We set product pricing. You must not offer, advertise or imply any discount, rebate, free product or other inducement that we have not approved in writing.

6. Content rules

6.1 Present the products as research materials. Cardinal Peptides products are supplied strictly for laboratory research. Describe them that way, every time.

6.2 You must not, in any Content:

  • instruct, demonstrate or describe how a person should reconstitute, dose, inject or otherwise administer the products;
  • compare the products to, or imply equivalence with, any prescription medicine or approved drug;
  • claim or imply that the products diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or relieve any disease or condition, or produce any health, cosmetic, body-composition, performance or wellness effect;
  • present the products as supplements, consumer goods or anything for personal use;
  • direct Content to anyone under 18, or to audiences in places where we do not ship;
  • make any claim about purity, testing or results beyond what is published on cardinalpep.com for the specific product.

6.3 Mandatory disclosures. Every piece of Content that references our products must carry the Material Connection disclosure in Appendix A.2, clearly and up front (the start of a caption, the first seconds of a video, or the first line of an email), and the RUO disclaimer in Appendix A.1 in the same medium as the product mention.

6.4 No fabrication. No invented testimonials, fabricated or edited lab results, doctored before-and-after material, AI-generated people presented as real customers, or endorsements you do not hold in writing.

6.5 Healthcare professionals. If you hold a regulated healthcare licence (physician, nurse, pharmacist, naturopath, dietitian or similar), you must not use your regulated title in Content that promotes Cardinal Peptides, must not give clinical advice in connection with our products, and must not promote our products to your patients or clients. Doing so is grounds for immediate termination.

7. Prohibited promotional activity

In addition to section 6, you must not: (a) bid on “Cardinal Peptides”, “cardinalpep”, our product names, misspellings or our domain in any paid-search platform; (b) run paid advertising for our products on any platform without our prior written approval of the specific campaign; (c) send unsolicited email, SMS or direct messages, or post in groups, forums or comment sections in breach of their rules or of anti-spam law (including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation and, for U.S. audiences, CAN-SPAM); (d) register or use any domain, handle or mark containing “Cardinal Peptides” or a confusingly similar name; (e) resell, repackage or facilitate onward sale of our products; or (f) use bots, bought engagement or click fraud on Content that mentions us.

8. Your regulatory responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the advertising, consumer-protection, anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you and your audience. In Canada that includes the Competition Act, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation and the Food and Drugs Act and its advertising rules; for U.S. audiences it includes the FTC Act and Endorsement Guides and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; elsewhere, the local equivalents. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, add the disclaimers, remove any therapeutic implication, and ask us in writing before you post.

9. Brand assets and content licence

9.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to use the Cardinal Peptides name, logo and the product images we provide, only to promote the Program during this agreement. All other rights are reserved.

9.2 You grant Cardinal Peptides a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost and reuse Content you publish about our products on our own website, email and organic social channels, with credit to you. Use of your Content in paid advertising needs your separate agreement.

10. Channels

Approved: your own website, blog, newsletter or podcast, and organic posts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Facebook, Substack and similar platforms. Needs approval: paid search, display and programmatic networks, sponsored newsletter placements and creator-network amplification. Off limits: coupon and deal aggregators, browser extensions, adult platforms, and any platform whose own rules prohibit research-chemical or health-claim content.

11. Privacy and data

You must not collect, store, scrape, sell or share personal information about Cardinal Peptides customers that you obtain through the Program. Where you collect personal information from your own audience, you must comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation and any other privacy law that applies to you, and you must not pass that information to us without a written data-sharing agreement.

12. Confidentiality

You will keep Confidential Information confidential, use it only to take part in the Program, and not disclose it to anyone other than professional advisers bound by equivalent obligations. This obligation survives for three (3) years after this agreement ends, and indefinitely for trade secrets. You may disclose where the law requires it, with prompt notice to us where that is lawful.

13. Monitoring and compliance

13.1 We review Affiliate Content directly and through monitoring tools and tip-offs, and you consent to that. If we tell you that Content breaches these terms, you must remove or amend it within 24 hours; not doing so is itself a breach.

13.2 Strikes. First confirmed breach: written warning, takedown, review of the affected commissions and a 30-day probation. Second breach within 12 months: forfeiture of the prior month’s commissions and a 60-day suspension. Third breach, or any egregious breach: immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

13.3 Egregious breaches include: human-use dosing or administration instructions; comparisons to prescription medicines; disease, health or body-composition claims; paid advertising without approval; targeting minors or places we do not ship; using a regulated healthcare title; fake testimonials, results or people; breach of confidentiality; and any conduct that in our reasonable view exposes Cardinal Peptides to regulatory action or materially harms the brand.

14. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you will indemnify and hold harmless Cardinal Peptides Inc. and its directors, officers, employees and contractors from all claims, losses, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, from Content you publish about us, from any claim that your Content infringes another person’s rights, or from any regulatory action caused in whole or material part by your Content. We control the defence and settlement of any indemnified claim. This section survives termination.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows: (a) our total liability to you under or in connection with the Program is limited to the commissions actually paid to you in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim; and (b) we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss, including lost profit, revenue or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Changes

We may change these terms or the Program. We will give at least fourteen (14) days’ notice of material changes by email to the address on your application; continuing to use your Referral Link after that is acceptance. Changes needed to comply with the law, a regulator, a platform’s rules or a payment provider may take effect immediately on notice.

17. Termination

17.1 Either party may end this agreement on fourteen (14) days’ written notice. We may end it immediately on written notice for an egregious breach, for any other material breach you do not fix within seven (7) days of notice, if you use the Program for an unlawful purpose, or if you bring Cardinal Peptides into legal, regulatory or reputational jeopardy.

17.2 When this agreement ends you must stop using our name, marks and assets and your Referral Link at once, and take down or amend Content where we reasonably ask within five (5) business days. Commissions recorded but unpaid are paid on the next monthly cycle, except that they are forfeited where we end the agreement for cause. Sections 9.2, 11, 12, 14, 15 and 18 survive.

18. General

18.1 Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and each party submits to that jurisdiction.

18.2 Notices. Notices must be in writing by email: to you at the address on your application, and to us at info@cardinalpeptide.com.

18.3 Other terms. These terms, together with any written campaign brief we give you, are the entire agreement between us about the Program. If any part is unenforceable the rest still applies; a waiver is only effective in writing; you may not assign or sub-license this agreement, and we may assign it on notice as part of a sale or restructuring.

19. Acknowledgement

By accepting these terms you confirm that you have read and understood them, including Appendix A; that breaching sections 6 or 7 may lead to immediate termination, forfeiture of commissions and an indemnity claim; that Cardinal Peptides products are supplied for research use only, are not approved by Health Canada, the U.S. FDA or any other regulator, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease; and that you accept these terms for yourself and for any company through which you operate.
